Your information, clearly.

Diglet helps teams improve application and AI reliability. This website lets you learn about Diglet, contact our team, and request a demo.

What you share

If you submit an enquiry, we save your work email, primary interest, and any optional context you share about your apps, AI agents, or current problem. We use these to understand your use case and contact you about Diglet. No purchase or pilot commitment is required.

Chatting with Diglet

When you open chat, we create a conversation using an essential, HttpOnly cookie that expires after 30 days. We store messages and any email you choose to provide so you can continue the conversation and our team can follow up. You can chat without providing an email.

Diglet Assistant uses OpenAI to answer product questions. Relevant conversation text is sent to OpenAI to produce replies. Conversations and any email you provide are also shared with our team in Slack. Replies from the assistant are labelled separately from replies by our team. We do not include chat text or email addresses in website analytics.

How we understand interest

We record first-party engagement events such as a page view, walkthrough progress, selected problem area, and whether a request was successfully saved. These include a random session identifier, campaign identifiers, CTA placement, and page variant. We do not put your email, form answers, application credentials, or raw referring URLs in analytics events. The session identifier is kept in your browser’s session storage and expires with that browser session. We also retain bounded campaign identifiers alongside enquiries and chats to understand how people find Diglet.

Storage and access

Enquiries, chats, and engagement events are stored in our website database. Saved enquiries may also be forwarded to a configured customer research or CRM service for follow-up. Access is limited to people working on Diglet. We do not sell your submission. Temporary request limits help protect the chat and forms from abuse.

Your choices

You can browse without submitting a form or opening chat. To ask about, correct, or delete your enquiry or conversation, or ask us to stop contacting you, email [email protected]. Include the address you used or enough context to identify your conversation. We retain enquiries and conversations while they remain useful for supporting prospective customers and evaluating Diglet, and will review deletion requests.

Keep sensitive information out

This site does not onboard your application. Please do not send passwords, production credentials, customer records, or other sensitive application data in the form or chat.
